Hawaii Vacation Part I - The Food

We had a great vacation in Hawaii. It was special and fun since Isaac got to experience lots of new things there and spend time with his Grandma. Looking through our pictures I realize there are 2 things we did a lot of...or at least documented the most of. They are: eat good food and swim in the beach/pool.  Hope you enjoy the food pics and thanks to CB's family for taking us to all the good eats!

After a yummy dinner at a ramen house with CB's family we went to Bubbies where the have yummy mochi and ice cream. I saw a lot of people ordering this grey colored ice cream and was intrigued.  Turns out it was Oreo flavored and the best oreo ice cream I've ever had... and of course Isaac wanted to share.
Pineapple Plantation with Isaac's bbf. Nice yummy sweet pineapple and ice cream there!
The Dads took their kids on the train ride around the plantation.
CB getting sleepy
Yummy looking pineapples
I'm not sure...think they were head wrestling to see who would sit in CB's stroller??
Ahh...they worked it out :)
Shave ice from matsumoto...worth the wait!
Breakfast at Boots and Kimo. Again, worth the wait! They are known for their macadamia nut pancakes... wish I could eat some now!
Luau at our hotel. Although I wasn't too thrilled with the food the show was great.  Isaac really enjoyed watching all the dancers too.
2nd shave ice at at Waiola's. Jeffrey really likes shave ice.
bffs holding hands after our breakfast at Boots and Kimo
and then they hug :)

Grace, LOVE the pictures! When I saw the background of your first one I KNEW it was Bubbies, as I dragged Dustin there twice when we were there last summer. We also went to Boots and Kimo but thankfully my sister lives 5 minutes away, so we got there when they opened.
